Being in the rank and file position in a travel agency for several years without promotion made my friend decide for a career change. He decided to work in a construction firm. Construction industry is an industry where you can have lots of opportunities for skill developments and knowledge. He entered in this industry with not that much of skills and experience but he has been responsible for himself to continue develop his skills because he always thinks of his career development. Even he is already working in a construction firm, he still wants to have trainings for his skill development.
He told me that his job requires continues trainings and he wants to add expertise on this field he is in. I know that my friend is a competent worker which I think is one of the major keys in any field of industry. Every worker should not stop learning and developing his skills to achieve career development. We should not stop progression being in a rank and file position and must think of better career change.

I had a problem with my hair, I just discover it lately because when I got tired and I perspire my hair smells bad. So I looked for a solution on how to take care of my hair. Until I came up with articles that talks about the importance of hair vitamins for my hair. I’ve tried different shampoo but it never work for me. I still have dandruff and my hair still smells bad when I perspire. Before I wasn’t conscious on my hair but after I noticed that my hair smells bad when I perspire I begin to think of the solution.

Today I’ve bought a hair conditioner in the supermarket where my girlfriend working at. I’ve mentioned my girlfriend because she told me to use hair conditioner to prevent my hair from producing bad odor whenever I perspire. But as of today I cannot say that it’s effective. How important to have a masters degree? This is my question because my sister wants to study again and she wants to study online masters degree leadership this year. I know few individual that their happy with their college degree but some choose to continue their studies and enroll for a masters degree. What are the advantage of a masters degree? If you have a masters degree, employers will choose you first most of time if they want to hire an individual.

For now I will consider myself enrolling for a masters degree probably next year. I have some plans this year that I want to prioritize first. I want to save my earnings as much as I can before I will study again. I’m still young and I think it’s the best time to study. Just like my mother said, keep on studying because if you get old your interest to study will diminished. I’ll update you on this topic next month because I’m still thinking of it.

Have anyone of you thought of their retirements? I know some of the people I knew wasn’t bother of what will happen to them if they will get old. Me, I’m thinking of what will happen to me if I retire from working. Since I’m already old that time, I hope someone will take of me. I’m thinking of enrolling myself to a care homes. I don’t want to bother my family to take care of me. They have their own life. And I believe that I have to take care of myself as well.

From now on, I would like to save my earnings as much as I can. Because when I get old I hope I could have a savings so that I can afford to pay my care homes and also some of my wants without bothering my family. I personally believe that it’s not the responsibility of  your siblings to provide you financial assistance. You should save money for your future so that when you get old you can buy anything that you want and needs.

Last year was one of the best year that I have in my life regarding my own career. I’m very successful in my online business. But before the end of the year I have some issues with my hosting company. They shut down my websites without any warnings or whatsoever. They just sent an email stating that they shut down my websites. Because of this problem I’ve started to think of shifting to another hosting company since I’m planning to expand my online business.

We’ve decided to renovate our house this year because we believe that we need more luck this year for our company. And arranging our house into different looks and position will brings us luck this year. We had to go to the mall and look for different materials needed for our house renovation. We also bought few cleaning materials like Dyson vacuum cleaner glass wiper, and  mop because after the renovation we will clean the house and maintain it that way.

Few things that I want to renovate on our house is the exterior of the house. I think the color of our house is somewhat not compatible to our characters. The current paint color of our house is white and I think we need something much brighter. We need more colors to our house and it signifies how colorful our life right now. Anyway, I’ll update you on these house renovation on my following blog post.
